Instead of browsing to a web site and working your way through the menus and map graphics to find a web camera just open Traffic Houston on your iphone and go straight to the camera you want with one click. Navigate through the other cameras along your route, in order, with a simple Next button.

The traffic is slowing to a crawl. Is it going to clear quickly or is it time to bail and find a better route? Open Traffic Cam Houston, select the nearest camera with one click and then navigate through the web cams along your route to see how far the congestion continues.
Cameras are maintained by Houston Transtar. Individual cameras may be inoperative due to weather conditions or maintenance requirements.

Ive been waiting for this app for years!
Its easy to use and easy to see whats going on. I hope they (TranStar) keeps the data up to date. Love the app!!!
I love this app.
I refer to it all the time & I feel it offers accurate information regarding current conditions & if I need to consider alternate routes, if necessary; or to expect the amount of time my current route will take
Really is a great app even be better if you show motion and able to zoom in I think will pay for that. Other than that great job thanks!!
This app works great if you want to see what is going on with traffic. The cameras work great and if you call; the staff is very informative. I have never made a purchase...
Some bad moments
The cameras are not live. You cant tell the speed the cars are moving.
The map barely shows anything outside of the Beltway. Camera shots are still photos and not live shots. Keeps asking me to upgrade and pay.
Looks like it could be a good app but you cant get any info unless you make in app purchases. Its a scam!
Be prepared to spend money to see. Ill just use google maps traffic. Its free. Who cares about cameras

Some of the camera views could be better. Some of the cameras dont work. But you can see the traffic up to date. Handy.
